5. Conclusions
The Toolkit is designed to be used in the development of a competency assessment plan. It is hoped that every organization responsible for aeronautical meteorological services will be able to use the Toolkit.
Users should refer to the WMO No.1205 Guide on Competency for more detailed guidance on the development of competency assessment. For further guidance information on the implementation of a competency assessment and management system, users should refer to "Guidance to implement a Competency Management System".
