1. Describe a time when your normal dissemination system was not functioning. How did you notice and what action did you take?

What would you do if your normal dissemination system were not functioning? How would you notice and what action would you take?

2. Describe a time when you alerted the forecaster or a user with information beyond what was included in the regular observations.

OR

Describe situations where you would alert forecasters or users in order to provide more information that what is in the regular observations.
