Observer monitors systems, identifies errors and omissions

Performance Criterion Description:

The observer must monitor systems, identify and correct errors and omissions and ensure that corrected reports are issued in a timely manner. 

Scenario:       

During an assessment period the observer is confronted with data containing errors and or omission which must be identified and corrected and disseminated. 

The observer must 

• identify and correct errors and omissions
• take appropriate and timely action to ensure the dissemination of corrected reports.
