Application of a quality management system

Performance Criterion Description:

The observer must know and apply QMS standards and procedures.

Scenario:       

During an assessment period the observer is asked to produce and disseminate weather observations in compliance with organizational QMS standards.

Evidence:

The observer knows and applies the accepted QMS standards and procedures.      

• the observer knows and applies ICAO rules
• the observer knows and applies QMS procedures and processes
• the observer knows the data quality control  procedures
• the observer knows  and practices the correct observing procedures 
• the observer knows the amendment procedures 
• the observer knows the Met information /data delivery procedures
