Performance Criterion Description:

The observer knows the special amendment criteria and issues timely observation amendments at the appropriate threshold values. 

Scenario:

During an assessment period the observer is asked to issue routine hourly, special and synoptic reports.

Evidence:

• The observer must know the special amendment criteria
• issue timely observation amendments at the appropriate amendment thresholds
• communicates amended observations to designated users
