The observer issues reports with in the correct format or code.

Scenario:       

During an assessment period the observer is asked to issue routine hourly, special and synoptic reports.

Evidence:

The observer keeps the weather under continuous review

• prepares hourly, special and synoptic weather reports as required
• formats and codes reports correctly
