The observer issues appropriate reports on time.

Scenario:       

During an assessment period the observer is asked to maintain a weather watch and issue routine hourly, special and synoptic reports.

Evidence:

The observer keeps the weather under continuous review

• prepares necessary hourly, special and synoptic weather reports
• issues reports on time
