Liaison with adjacent regions.

Performance Criterion Description:

The forecaster coordinates products with adjacent regions.  In particular, the forecaster discusses inconsistencies or differences with colleagues as much as is practical. 

Scenario:       

During an assessment period the forecaster communicates with forecasters for adjacent regions. 

Evidence:

The forecaster communicates with personnel in adjacent regions if possible.  Inconsistencies are discussed and ideas shared.  Where practical, consensus is reached resulting in seamless products for end users.
