Forecast is within amend Criteria

Performance Criterion Description:

The forecaster knows the amendment criteria and issues timely forecast amendments in at the appropriate threshold values. 

Scenario: 

During an assessment period the forecaster is asked to issue forecasts and amendments as required.

Evidence:

The forecaster must know and apply the amendment criteria

• for TAF, Trend, SIGMET, etc
• issue timely forecast amendments at the appropriate amendment thresholds
• communicates amended forecasts to designated users
