Google Earth Plug-in Installation Guidelines

Step 1

A dialog box will pop-up if the Google Earth Plug-in is not installed in your computer.

Step 2

Click the “Get the Google Earth Plug-in Now” button for obtaining and installing the plugin.

Step 3

Click “Run” button to confirm the installation.

Step 4

After confirmed the installation in step3, please wait a few minutes for the plugin installation process to complete.

Step 5

After the successfully installation, the following dialog and webpage and will be shown. You should close and then restart the Internet Explorer (IE) to active the Google Earth plugin.

Step 6

After restarting the IE, you should confirm to allow the plugin to be run on the IE by clicking the security warning bar on the top:

Click “Run Add-on” on the security warning bar.

Click ‘Run’.

One the above steps are finished, the following view should be shown.
